General Return Policy

  1. Return Window
    We offer a 24-hour return policy for Silkviz products, starting from the time you receive your order.

  2. Eligibility Criteria
    To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

  • A valid purchase receipt or invoice is required.

  1. Accepted Reasons for Return/Refund
    Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective

  • An incorrect item was received

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preferences ("did not like the product")

  • Size issues (all size details are clearly mentioned on product pages)

  1. Silk Accessories Disclaimer
    Please note that Silkviz Sarees, Accessories are handcrafted and handwoven, which may result in minor irregularities in texture, weave, or finish. These are natural characteristics of artisan-made silk and not considered defects. Returns/refunds will not be accepted for such variations.

  2. Color Disclaimer
    Actual product colors may slightly vary due to individual screen resolution and lighting conditions. Returns based on color perception ("brighter/duller than expected") will not be accepted.

You must reach out within 24 hours of delivery with the reason for return.
Once we schedule a pickup and receive the item, it will be inspected by our team.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

⚠️ Returns sent to us without prior request will not be accepted.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., sanitary pad holders)

  • Sale items

  • Gift card purchases

  1. Exchange Policy
    We currently do not offer exchanges on any products.

  2. Refund Timeline
    Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7–10 working days. However, any delay in the actual crediting of the amount due to your bank’s processing time is not our responsibility.


Note on Payment Methods

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All purchases must be made through online payment methods available on our platform.
