Returns

At this time, Silkviz does not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Each saree and accessory is crafted in limited quantities or made-to-order. Due to the delicate nature of silk and our strict hygiene and quality controls, once a product has been shipped or opened, it cannot be accepted back.

We encourage you to review all product details and photos carefully before placing your order. If you need additional assistance or close-up images before purchasing, our team will gladly help you make the right choice.


Refunds

Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not applicable unless an incorrect or damaged item has been delivered by us.

In such rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silkviz.com.
Include your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the item received.
Our team will review your case and get back to you promptly.


Damaged or Defective Items

Every item undergoes a detailed quality check before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please reach out to us immediately with the unboxing video and photos for verification.

Once approved, we will work with you to resolve the issue in the most suitable manner.
